r bajje is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (referred to hereafter as "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and r bajje.

Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the balances in the relevant accounts may be forfeited. Members of the same household using separate accounts may also be subject to restrictions if they log in from the same device or IP address.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Your Information

If any information provided at registration changes, you must update your profile immediately. r bajje will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

By registering on r bajje, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. The platform may at any time request documents for age verification, such as a copy of a national identity card or birth certificate.

3.1 KYC Verification

For security purposes, r bajje may require members to go through a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process when necessary. This process may involve requesting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method details. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.2 What Happens Without Verification

If a member fails to submit the required documents within the specified time, r bajje may temporarily suspend or close that account. Account verification must be completed in order to receive birthday rewards.

The approved payment methods for depositing and withdrawing funds on r bajje are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). Transactions through any other method are not permitted.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (by any method).
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting on the r bajje platform.
• Withdrawals should preferably be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Before requesting a withdrawal, there must be sufficient balance in the account and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, r bajje reserves the right to hold withdrawals until an investigation is complete.

4.3 Account Verification and Withdrawals

Account verification must be completed for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal requests may not be processed without verification.

r bajje offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, and failure to follow them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• A bonus applies only to the account of the member for whom it was offered.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time after being received, it will be considered void.
• r bajje reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member is found to be engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematically exploiting bonuses, the account will be closed and related winnings may be voided.

The following rules apply to slots, live casino, sports betting, and other games on the r bajje platform.

6.1 Game Results

All game results on r bajje are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method. No game result is predetermined, and the platform does not interfere with results. If a technical error affects a game result, the relevant round may be considered void.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. r bajje reserves the right to change the betting limits for a member under specific circumstances.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the specified time, r bajje will make a decision on that market in accordance with the applicable rules. Displayed odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is placed are final.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r bajje platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using any automated bot, script, or software.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transaction.
• Match-fixing or collusion (secretly cooperating with other players to influence game results).
• Using or distributing r bajje's intellectual property without permission.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, r bajje may immediately close the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. If a member wishes to close their account for responsible gaming reasons, our support team is ready to assist with a dedicated process.

8.2 Closure by r bajje

r bajje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified time.
• By direction of law or a regulatory authority.

8.3 Balance of a Closed Account

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. The balance of an account closed for a normal reason will be returned after verification is complete.

r bajje always strives to maintain the quality of its services, but the platform will not be directly liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by technical issues from third-party game providers or payment services.
• Loss caused by internet disconnection or problems with the user's device.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account, where the member was negligent in protecting their own information.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, war, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.

r bajje will not be liable for a member's lost opportunities, indirect losses, or losses arising from special circumstances.

10.1 Use of Information

Your information is used primarily for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

10.2 Security Measures

r bajje uses SSL encryption and other technical security measures to keep your financial and personal information secure. However, members are also responsible for keeping their own devices and login details safe.

If a game round is left incomplete or an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, r bajje may cancel the relevant round and return the wagered amount, or settle it by determining the correct result.

11.1 Incorrect Odds or Payments

If incorrect odds are displayed or an incorrect payment is made due to a technical error, r bajje reserves the right to correct that error. Funds paid out incorrectly may be reclaimed. If members identify such an error themselves, they should notify the support team immediately.
