Bonus Terms & Conditions in plain language
You need to understand these terms before claiming a bonus. Read the explanations below to avoid any confusion.
After receiving a bonus, you must wager it a set number of times before you can withdraw your winnings. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and get a 150% bonus of ৳1,500, making your total balance ৳2,500. A 10x wagering requirement on the bonus means you must place a total of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets.
While a bonus is active, there is a maximum limit per bet. Placing a bet above this limit may result in the bonus being cancelled. This limit is stated in each offer's T&C.
Not all games count equally toward completing the wagering requirement — slots generally count 100%, while live casino or card games often count at a lower percentage. The bonus terms clearly state what percentage each game contributes.
Every bonus has a set time limit — if wagering is not completed within that time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it are forfeited. Check the expiry before claiming a bonus.
With a non-sticky bonus, once wagering is complete the bonus amount is removed from your balance and only your winnings remain. With a sticky bonus, the bonus amount stays in your balance but cannot be withdrawn — only the winnings are withdrawable.

Three odds formats are commonly seen in Bangladesh — Decimal, Fractional, and American. A simple explanation of each is given below.
Decimal Odds
The most common format. To find your total return, multiply the odds by your stake. For example: odds of 2.50 means a ৳1,000 bet returns ৳2,500.
Fractional Odds
The British method. 3/2 means a ৳2 bet earns ৳3 profit — giving a total return of ৳5. Only the profit portion is shown here; the stake is separate.
American Odds
+ means how much profit you make on a ৳100 bet, − means how much you need to bet to make ৳100 profit. +150 means a ৳1,000 bet earns ৳1,500 profit.
